Oct 1991 to date Col Muhammad Sher Tameer-e- Millat Model   High School 2,410,200 SHER In 1991 SHER established a educational institution with the name of Armor Academy, In 1993 SHER signed an agreement with Tameer –e – Millat Foundation and it was registered as primary school with the name of Col Muhammad Sher Tameer –e- Millat Model school. In 1995 it was registered up to middle standard and in 2000 it was registered as high school. So for 365 students have passed 5th grade while 169 students 8th grade and 181 students have passed the matriculation examination from this institution.
2. April 2007 to date Col Muhammad Sher Tameer-e- Millat Model   Higher Secondary  School 2,220,000 SHER In 2007 SHER established a educational institution with the name of Col Muhammad Sher Tameer-e- Millat Model Higher Secondary School, In this institution. , F.S.c classes are being taught to girls .50 students have passed the inter level examination from this institution. Currently 169 students are studying in this institution
3. Mar 1993 to date SHER Medical Unit (Main Complex) 284,400 SHER Poor and deserving patients of the area are treated free of cost. Ultra Sound, X ray, ECG, general treatment facilities are available to patients. Up till now 86090 patients have been treated under this program by NGO
  Aug 2005 to date Sher Ghar (An Orphan House for Boys) 2,436,000 SHER/Qatar Charity Qatar charity is providing financial assistance to the orphan children living in Sher Ghar. NGO has requested Qatar Charity to enter into an institutional arrangement with SHER. 150 children are currently being groomed and provided with all required facilities such as education, health, boarding, lodging and co-curricular activities  etc in SHER Ghar
4. Dec 2006 to date FAS (Financial Assistance  Scheme) Program (Community Model Girot School) 2,380,000 Punjab Education Foundation Since 2006 Punjab Education Foundation is supporting the institution in which school is paid Rs. 300 per student for quality education and under this project 317 students are studying in this school free of cost. 45 students of 5th grade have passed out under this program
5. Dec 2006 to date Financial Assistance Scheme Program for Tameer-e-Millat School/College 48,729,600 Punjab Education Foundation Since 2006 Punjab Education Foundation is supporting the institution in which school is paid Rs. 350/student/month for maintaining quality education. Under this project 969 students are currently studying in this school from Grade I to XII free of cost
6. Aug 2009 to date SHER School System(S.S.S) 914,400 SHER NGO has established a chain of Sher School System (SSS) to provide quality education in rural areas. 9 schools have been established under this chain. Currently 1565 students are studying in these SSS
7. Jan 2010 to date SHER Ghar Girls 500,000 Qatar Charity/SHER SHER Ghar for orphan and destitute girls has been established in Mitha Tiwana on behalf of Qatar Charity. NGO has requested Qatar Charity to enter into an institutional arrangement with SHER.  Currently there are 54 girls who are staying  in Sher Ghar (Girls)
8. November 2010 to date Provision of Free Ambulance Services to Community 700,000 Qatar Charity An ambulance has been provided by Qatar Charity to SHER. SHER is providing free services to community in this regards through its heath program. So far 86 families have been provided free service of ambulance.
9. August 2010 to date Col. Muhammad Sher Girls Degree College Mitha Tiwana 1,000,000 SHER Organization has established a Girls Degree College with the name of Col. Muhammad Sher Girls Degree College to provide education at door step to population of 0.2 million. College is affiliated with University of Sargodha. Well equipped science and computer labs are available in this college. Professional and qualified teachers have been hired to ensure quality education. Currently 70 students are studying in this institution.
10. Feb 2014 to Oct 2017 Combating Worst Forms of Child Labor in 4 District of Punjab” under Labor & Human Resource Department Govt. of the Punjab

Labour & HR Department, Govt. of the Punjab Establish 30 non-formal education centers and enroll 1050 Child Labourers and establishment of 40 ALSTCs to enroll 1000 Adolescents labourers. Identification of child laborers, awareness raising and sensitization meetings with community members & local stakeholders on child labor to establish and smooth operation of NFE Centers.

 

11.  Jan 2016 to date ilmpossible – Take A Child to School ( Phase 2) 5,005,000 British Council 3000 out of School Children, majority of which from Child Labour will be enrolled in Govt. Schools of district Layyah, Khushab & Bhakkar.

Project approved by Labor & Human Resource Department Govt. of the Punjab. Establishment of 204 Non Formal Basic Education Schools to enroll total of 7140 children who are engaged in Child Laboure.
